Gain experience working in a start up environment.

WORK WITH OUR TEAM

Join our 3 month program working closely with the Drafted Engineering team which comes from MIT, Harvard and more. You'll be exposed to all aspects of working in a start up environment from deploying code to customer and sales calls.

Join a small group shipping exceptional products.

LEARN CURRENT WEB TECH

In the first few weeks you'll dive into the JavaScript ecosystem using a mixture of bleeding-edge tech and industry standards. By the end of the program you'll be in charge of shipping your own product to customers.

At the end of the program, you'll interview with Boston's best product companies.

We partner with several Boston startups where you can connect with senior developers and interview with at the end of the program.

We select partners who have a meaningful mission, invest in their product teams, and use design as a key differentiator.

Working with a group of fun, passionate and super smart people was not only a good time, but also a great learning experience. After working at larger companies, it was a breath of fresh air to feel like i was just working on a project with a group of friends.

Andrew K.

Working with Drafted on my developer skills has been phenomenal. Working on my own to harness my skills was great, but working with the Drafted team on projects gave me a sense of my abilities to build something remarkable.

Applications open for Feb. 1, 2018

Common questions about the program

Awesome! We will be in contact shortly regarding your application. If you have any specific questions regarding your application please reach out at bridge@drafted.us.

We work closely with our partners (many of which are close friends) and have a good understanding of their company culture, tech stack, and current roles. This allows us to connect you with great roles where we know you will excel.

Towards the end of the program we will begin to reach out to partners for you to begin setting up interviews. Also throughout the program we will be bringing engineering leaders from our partner companies to meet our program participants and talk about real problems they have solved and how.

No, we do not view this program as an internship but rather as a professional development program. We are looking for motivated developers of all experience levels who are looking to get better at Web Development.

Yes. We find that the most reliable way to work together is in person and our main offices where we will be running the program are here in Boston.

We encourage developers of all experience levels to apply. A higher experience level with JavaScript or web development might allow you to work on problems others could not and give us more trust that you can be successful. That being said, anyone who is motivated to learn can get a lot out of a professional development program.
